Back from Blighty!

Well, back from my trip and pleased to report a good time was had by all. Gathered plenty of inspiration and am ready get artistic after a goodnight's sleep.

Highlights of the trip: nothing artistic, but had a rather stormy crossing on the English Channel, while the ship also suffered a minor power loss; it all supplemented to the flavour, and with the few pints of beer I'd downed, added to the intrepid, adventurer persona I'd created for myself.

My discoveries: I'm not quite the natural sailor I'd imagined myself to be, especially if turning green is evidence of this.

Anyway, made some good contacts and also got a cat commission, so yay!

Artist's Road Trip...............

So, until next week then.........

Welcome To My New Blog!

Just opened this new blog, mainly to separate my historical aviation subjects from my landscapes, wildlife, domestic pets and generally, what has become a very varied portfolio. Within this blog I plan to submit my latest artwork on a regular basis, giving viewers a chance to enjoy my work, make a purchase, or perhaps indulge themselves in commissioning an artwork.

Within the links section you will find my website and also any other blogs or sites hosted by myself.

Anyway, enough chat; on with the show.

Alexandre Jay.
